We accept exchange or refund requests for same priced items within 7 days, if the item is not opened. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Items purchased online cannot be exchanged / returned in a physical Rasasi store.
Goods once purchased can only be accepted for refund within 7 days from purchase date subject to a manufacturer defect being identified in the purchased item.

Partially used goods are not eligible for a refund.

Goods purchased can only be exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date provided they are returned unused, in their original condition & packing. No exchanges can be accepted without the original invoice.
Rasasi reserves the right to refuse returns on merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

No refunds / exchanges can be accepted if the defect / damage occurred due to negligence of the customer.

No exchanges/refunds are allowed on loose products like agarwood, attars etc.

An exchange can only be made with the same item or another item of the same value.

Refunds to credit cards are subject to the individual banks processing times and can take up to 10 business days. No cash refunds will be made by Rasasi.
